1. Online Store - International Orders.

The sale of products listed in the virtual catalogues available from the website fishoes.com is regulated by the following General Conditions of Sale. These Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with legislation governing contracts drawn up outside physical stores and, more specifically, in accordance with the provisions of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206 dated 6th September 2005 (the ‘Consumer Code’). Users of fishoes.com accept and agree to respect all the conditions included in this declaration.

Before making a purchase, the Customer is asked to read these General Conditions of Sale in full. As part of the formalities established for placing a purchase order, the Customer declares having viewed the formalities and that he accepts the General Conditions of Sale in full. The General Conditions of Sale may be amended by fishoes.com as required. Any amendments shall take effect at the time of their publication on the website. The Conditions current as of the time of purchase shall apply to each relevant sales agreement.

Products are shown in the on-line catalogue in as realistic a manner as possible. The images are provided for general information only and may not be absolutely identical to the actual Product. 4. Payments

For international orders, fishoes.com accepts Paypal, including payment with Visa, MasterCard or American Express (processed through Paypal).

All prices are displayed in Euro inclusive of Italian VAT where applicable. Fishoes.com only accepts payments in Euro. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge.

Fishoes.com products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are required to check these details before placing an order for international delivery.

5. Shipments

Shipping costs vary from country to country, check this. All shipping options and costs will be calculated after you enter your address information during the check out process.

All international orders will be shipped within 5 business days of receipt of full payment.

Shipping times vary from country to country. As a general reference, take 5 business days for Europe and 10 business days for the rest of the world.

Delivery shall be made from Monday to Friday during working hours, by specialized courier in specific packaging/packing. Delivery is made to the addressee specified by the Customer. The above delivery terms refer to Products present in the warehouses and must be intended as non-binding for fishoes.com. Fishoes.com may therefore subsequently confirm or alter said terms, according to their requirements. Products are delivered suitably packaged and/or packed by courier chosen by Fishoes.com.

Upon receipt of the Products, the addressee must ensure that the Products comply in quantity and description to those ordered. This is without prejudice to the fact that should the Products delivered differ from those ordered, the Customer may exercise his right to withdraw.

Transport costs is calculated according to the weight of the goods, or according to the weight/volume ratio and on the basis of the place of Product delivery. This shall be according to the agreements drawn up with the courier in charge of delivery and as clearly stated to the Customer both at the time of Product purchase and in subsequent confirmation messages.

Clients are asked to inspect the box carefully BEFORE signing for the delivery. If for any reason, the box looks tampered with, either sign for the package with reservations or refuse the package. In the event, that the box has been signed for with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence that the package has been tampered, contact fishoes.com at info@fishoes.com.

If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address due to a lack of cooperation from the client (wrong telephone number, wrong address, absent at address, non-compliance with import regulations), the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s expense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

6. Return and Exchanges

IMPORTANT: Only shoes purchased from fishoes.com, unworn and unaltered in any way, and in the original, intact shoebox and packaging they came in can be returned.

In accordance with the provisions of Art. 5 of Italian Law Decree no. 185/99, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 10 working days of receipt of the goods purchased. In this case, the Customer must send an email to info@fishoes.com and specify order number, model and size. The Customer must return the Products purchased, intact and complete, including original packaging, to Fishoes, attention of: Lorenzo Marasca, via Esino 106, 60126 Ancona, Italy, no later than 10 (ten) working days as from receipt of the Products purchased, the related shipping costs will be borne by the client. We highly advise securing a tracking number or insurance for your return as fishoes.com is not liable for any return packages lost in transit.

Refunds are processed shortly after receipt. All refunds are processed through Paypal and an automatic €10.00 restock fee will be charged.

If you request an exchange, please allow up to 15 business days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email when your new shoes are on the way. The related shipping costs will be borne by the client.

Should the Products returned be damaged during transport for return to Fishoes, the Customer shall be informed of all damages reported no later than the second working day as from the receipt of Products. This shall therefore allow the Customer in turn to inform the courier of this fact and claim his rights with regard the courier. At the same time, the Products damaged during transport shall be returned to the Customer at the Customer’s own risk and expense.
